Omya Flows

An independently conceived and developed platform for creating, practicing, sharing and discovering yoga.

Concept, design & development — Tayfun Delice

OMYA Flows began with a simple question: could digital tools support yoga practice without reducing it to a collection of workouts?

What began as a way to create and organize yoga flows gradually developed into a broader environment for practitioners and instructors, combining creation, practice, discovery and community.

DISCOVER Asana Atlas

A visual way to explore yoga beyond names and lists.

The Asana Atlas brings more than 195 yoga poses into a single interactive space. Asanas can be explored by category, level, suitability and other characteristics, with detailed information and visual references. Selected poses can move directly into the Idea Board and become part of a new flow.

CREATE Flow Maker

A space for turning an idea into a yoga sequence.

At the heart of OMYA Flows is the Flow Maker, a visual environment for building sequences from asanas, breathing exercises and other practice elements. Rather than beginning with a predetermined routine, the user can select, arrange and refine a sequence until it becomes their own.

SAVE Idea Board

Collect inspiration. Build ideas.

The Idea Board sits between discovery and creation. Poses discovered in the Asana Atlas can be collected, reordered and developed before being transferred into the Flow Maker. It is intentionally closer to a sketchbook than a conventional favourites list.

SHARE Flows

A sequence does not have to end with the person who created it.

Flows can remain personal, be shared directly with others or become available to the wider OMYA community. A sequence created by one person can become the starting point for another person's practice.

05 / 09

PRACTICE Practice Studio

A created flow becomes a lived practice.

Practice Studio transforms a sequence into a guided session. Timing, transitions, breathing cues and voice guidance allow the technology to recede once the practice begins, while different viewing and guidance options adapt the experience to the practitioner.

CONNECT Community

Yoga is personal, but it does not have to be solitary.

OMYA connects practitioners, instructors and studios through profiles, circles and shared activity. The intention is not simply to create another social feed, but to let connections emerge through practice, teaching and shared interests.

TEACH Classes & Events

From the digital space back into the physical one.

Instructors and studios can organize their teaching presence while practitioners discover classes, workshops and events. Location-based discovery helps connect people both nearby and further afield. The digital platform becomes a point of departure rather than the destination.

MY OMYA Your Journey

A personal space within a much larger system.

Created flows, classes, shared material, favourites, saved events and other personal activity come together in My OMYA. As the platform grows, this area keeps the wider ecosystem centred around the individual using it.

EXPLORE Yoga Games

Learning can also happen through play.

Yoga Games explores playful ways of becoming familiar with poses and the structure of a flow. Flow Puzzle, the first experiment, turns an existing sequence into something that can be rearranged and reconstructed through observation, memory and experimentation.
